I met James through Nine70 which is a young adults group that Ben and I used to attend. James is a quiet, laid back guy and he met Sarah at CSU in Fort Collins. Same place we did their engagement session! James and Sarah dated for a couple years before they got engaged and when James proposed I was so excited for them. I had only chatted with Sarah via email and knew she was a kindhearted girl, but when I met her in person at their engagement session I was so much more excited that she was a ShutterChic Bride! She’s so sweet, beautiful and up for anything!

James and Sarah planned their January wedding to be at the Inverness Hotel in Denver. They picked probably the best day in January to get married. It was about 65 degrees and sunny! We were able to do all of their portraits outside and that made me one happy photographer! They were the perfect couple to start the 2014 year with and it’s even better that they are so adorable together! James didn’t want to see Sarah before the ceremony, so they opted for a blind-folded First Look. So cute!You’ll see in the photos that we carefully placed James and took off the blindfold to get some nice photos of them in the daylight! And Sarah. Such a stunning and beautiful bride That dress.
